We heard from our capital equipment customers that managing their Boston Scientific devices was challenging, especially in large hospitals with multiple buildings and floors. They needed an easiser way to track, locate, and manage all devices in one place. This new capability introduces a centralized portal within our eCommerce site, allowing users access to device details, technical specifications, and self-service tools like troubleshooting, scheduling maintenance, and requesting services.

A full launch is scheduled for September 2025.
